The Duck Is Back At It Again

During this time, the situation around the world is difficult. The Covid-19 Pandemic has got almost the entire world sitting on quarantine, or as I prefer to put since in Malaysia we don't call it quarantine, Movement Control Order (MCO). It seems in these difficult times that we are starting to see the dark sides of many people we have not seen before. Most recent news in Malaysia - The dUCk Scarves Co-founder, Vivy Yusof, has found herself and her brand under hot waters again. And this time, it's not about her comments.

5214 Wishes For UNB's ONADO Trip

Me being a fan of K-pop, is not a secret. Me being a fan of UNB, is also not a secret. Me falling in love and currently is in love with Japan, that too is not a secret.Me being a fan of travelling, of course that is not a secret. Who hates travelling? But let me share a little secret. Or should I say, let me share my certain wish that involves UNB, travelling and Japan.

If I Was A Rich Girl...

Cue Gwen Stefani's song. Now if I was a rich girl, considering how obsessed I am with Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari and also how much I keep up with their brands, I would probably get myself Uncommon James' Unita Wooden Bowl.

BUT I'M NOT RICH SO...

I decided to get myself a cheaper version which is not only affordable but also within the borders of Malaysia. I might actually consider getting this as I am currently in a salad mood.

P/S : This is not a paid post. My status is not quite up there...yet.

Keeping Up Update : KUWTK Season 8 Episode 5 Review

I don't really like to admit it but I do follow the Kardashians reality show although not religiously but I still follow. And trust me, it is not the drama that made me follow this messed up family. But, despite what they are doing and how ugly sometimes they portray themselves, I do admire the sisters for working really hard to engraved their family name in the world and industry of success. Aside the drama and also their family bond, sometimes and in every episode, you can actually catch the family in their working environment and that is what made me watch the show because I get inspired by women who works really hard to do something for themselves. Like in the latest episode, the fact that Kim is going to Law School is one admiration on its own but the reality of her using her name, her influence and her popularity to find justice where it should be, personally, to me is very admirable but one thing that is driving me nuts and that is the situation involving her sister, Khloe and her baby Daddy who seem to just unable to be shaken off, Tristan Thompson. Read on and be warned, spoiler alert.

A Little Bit of Duck

The rich and the famous or the ones born rich has strike again. Or could it be that this is a story where one strikes too soon or a mistake that has been blown out of proportion? A few weeks ago, one of Malaysia top business mogul, Vivy Yusof - owner and founder of Fashion Valet, was caught in a rift of backlash from the netizens due to her comment that about the B40 community or simply known as the lower income community.

LiLo is Back and I'm Dedicating The Week

So three days ago, my girl Lindsay Lohan dropped her latest single Back To Me and this writer, right here, is hella excited. Yes, for so many years, I have been supporting Miss Lohan through her success and wild endeavours, from her highs to her lowest of the lows. But being a fan and seeing how talented she truly is, I knew she was going to bounce back. And so, I decided to dedicate this beautiful week to my girl, LiLo - by binge-watching her movies, one day, one movie at a time.

Music Review : Lindsay Lohan's Back To Me

SHE'S BACK EVERYONE! My girl, LiLo is back and she is back not only for good but definitely with classic LiLo bang. Yesterday, she released her new single, Back To Me and from rave reviews, the song is total bop and personally, damn, the song is really, really a great comeback for Lindsay.

Saturday Review : To All The Boys I've Loved Before Book vs Movie

Back in 2014, for many teen love stories readers were going crazy over Jenny Han's To All The Boys I've Loved Before and I was one of them. Honestly, the book was definitely one of my favourite books since Harry Potter. I don't think I have ever picked up and finished a book in less than 48 hours and stalking every bookstore for the next book in the series - again, since Harry Potter. Jenny Han's To All The Boys I've Loved Before made me do that and so does her other books from the same series - P.S. I Still Love You and Always And Forever, Lara Jean. I don't know if I can say the same thing with the movie.

Throwback Thursday : My Love for Gossip Girl

When you have spend most of your sixteen to early twenties in between 2008 - 2010, you are probably familiar with 'Gossip Girl' - the TV Drama that introduced us Blake Lively and Leighton Meester and I am madly in love with the drama as I am madly in love with the books. Honestly, I was slightly turned off when I heard of the TV Show spin-off of the book series but I was so impressed by the performance of most of the actors that I can't help myself to love the show and here I am walking down a few memory lanes of some of my fave moment in Gossip Girl.

April Opening : A Month of Hope

The world is facing a pandemic and almost all countries is either on lockdown, lockout or in Malaysia, we are under strict Movement Control Order throughout the month of March. So to summarize, we are all under a pretty difficult time. But as many times as this has been said, at the end of a dark tunnel, there is a light and I guess April is the month where we can expect better changes and improving outcomes. Personally, for me it's a month of 'hope'.
