Hello June - A New Month, A Productive Month

Since the beginning of the year, the entire world has been exposed to a new practice in their respective way of living as the Covid-19 Pandemic spread. Personally, since in Malaysia we had to endure about more than 2 months of Movement Control Order (MCO), our version of lock-down or quarantine, I am not sure if it has helped me to be more productive or more slacking. However, many have tried a few new things to help ease their boredom. Some even opted for a change in their lifestyle while others look for more creative ways to earn and sustain their earnings. The question bears vaguely in the back of my head, will such productivity sustain once the lock-down is lifted and life goes back to normal, that is the new normal?

30 Days Book Challenge : UPDATE -------- Failed!!!

I dread posting this because it shows just how lacking I actually am. It's true that I can comfort myself to say that I'm just human but reading has always been something that I have always loved so to find out that I have failed to finish reading this book in the time frame that I have set for myself is not only embarrassing but disappointing as well.

Positive Makeovers : Preparing For A Makeover

Going into this month with a new perspective is so far going well for me. Just last week I started my first makeover mission of making over my bedroom. Of course, that doesn’t include me trying to makeover myself physically, mentally and spiritually. Now, there was a lot that I learned while making over my bedroom and honestly, I can’t wait to share my experience with everyone.

Positive Makeovers : Makeover References For Your Past Time Readings

So much more that I want to blog but as I'm preparing for my next original posts, I thought I share with everyone a few blog posts that I have been reading lately. Sometimes I read just to past my time but most of the time I actually read posts that are helpful to me like makeover tips, the next book to read, simple recipes to follow and etc. Do these posts actually will help me? Some of them do but mostly because depending on my lifestyle and my own body, it's hard to adapt myself to the changes as suggested by these bloggers. Nonetheless, it's fun for me to read.

July Inspiration : Positive Makeovers

In light of celebrating this month with positivity, It was important for me to think deeply of what I can do to wake every morning from July onward, and just get by my days feeling more welcome and receptive of what will happen. I am a big believer of Allah is the best planner, and that sometimes will make me not wanting to plan anything for the day. However, that attitude only brought more boring days ahead so in others words, I realised that if i were to ever want to celebrate and preach about positive July, I have to start with myself and that first step to give myself and the environment around me a good make over.

This Week's Favourites : From Skincare to Celebrity's Caesar Salad

The way to combat writer's block to always continue writing - Ed Sheeran

As a blogger in the past, I have many times suffered from every writer's problems and that is a writer's block. When I started this blog, I have promised myself to try my best to battle my struggle with writer's block should I be facing it and after listening to Ed Sheeran, I thought I give his advice a try and that is to continue writing. Honestly, I have got nothing to write about today but because I don't want to face with a writer's block at anytime in the future, I came up with this post where I get to share with everyone about the blog posts and videos that I recently read and watched that intrigued me.

30 Days Book Challenge : 29 Dates by Melissa De La Cruz

This year I decided to start reading one book within 30 days and of course to share my thoughts and opinions about the story. I haven't been reading a lot lately and it's kind of making my brains a little slow and shallow. Also, reading helps me to ease the tensions and reduces my stress a little. Truthfully, reading helps because it always take me somewhere where it isn't the real world. It's a world of my own that I created that is based on the story that I was currently reading. So starting today, the book that I will read is 29 Dates by Melissa De La Cruz.
