Face Sheet Mask Ritual

Photo credit to Women's Health Website

Having healthy and glowing skin is something that every woman dreams daily for because healthy skin especially facial skin, reflects the beauty of the person and I'm speaking entirely about one's physicality. Healthy skin is a reflection of one's internal health. Should a person has healthy skin from head to toe, it considers that her or his internal body is also healthy. Furthermore, having healthy skin partly defines one's beauty and let's face reality here - people will acknowledge should one have healthy and glowing skin.

Three Simple Tips For Improving Skin Health

Being someone who suffers from skin problems for the longest time possible, it's very hard for me to find the effective ways to improve my skin health. I am suffering from mild eczema which causes my skin to itch when I'm stressed and sometimes my skin, which includes my back, arm and hips to get dry and start flaking. Aside from Coconut Oil to keep my skin constantly moist, I found three simple ways to help improve my skin health and after much reading and researching, it seems to be an effective yet simple way to assist those with skin issues especially dry skin issues.

Hello June - A New Month, A Productive Month

Since the beginning of the year, the entire world has been exposed to a new practice in their respective way of living as the Covid-19 Pandemic spread. Personally, since in Malaysia we had to endure about more than 2 months of Movement Control Order (MCO), our version of lock-down or quarantine, I am not sure if it has helped me to be more productive or more slacking. However, many have tried a few new things to help ease their boredom. Some even opted for a change in their lifestyle while others look for more creative ways to earn and sustain their earnings. The question bears vaguely in the back of my head, will such productivity sustain once the lock-down is lifted and life goes back to normal, that is the new normal?

Staying Safe in My Birthday Month

It's a dark, dark month this March and earlier on 18th March, Malaysia started the Movement Control Order (MCO) throughout the nation in order to control and treat the currently spreading Covid-19 virus. As much as it hurts me that this is happening in the month of my birthday, I still am very positive that we will all get through this moment.

March Madness is My Kind of Madness

March is here...well it has been here for almost 10 days but I just haven't the time to post anything this month. March is my favorite month because for one thing this month is my birthday month and I have decided to spend this entire month to celebrate myself. As of my past blog posts, I have numerous times share how much I was sick of being sick and waking up sick all the time...well, I seriously want to take this seriously and what better way than to start doing on the month where I know I can be very, very happy.

My Obsession For Face Masks And They Work

I have a confession to make. I an obsessed with face masks like those Korean face masks sheets that comes all ready to be plastered on your face...I just love them. I have my own brand preference for the face mask sheet but I do have something else to add. These moisturising face mask sheets really gives that extra bounce and moist to your skin especially when before applying makeup in the morning.

Learning About Me Being My Own Problem For Better Me

It has been a few month that I have been waking up with a mild headache and anxiety that I might be suffering from ,ultiple sickness or diseases even though my health vital signs are normal. Like literally normal. So just yesterday morning, I guess I got fed up over waking up sick and feeling like I'm in a severe rut. Probably almost at the border of depression...again. I'm pretty much just feel sick waking up everyday not only with a headache but a body too lazy to even move and make anything productive for the day. Which brings me again to just realize what exactly am I doing that I just have no more will to even make anything good for myself? I am still young and there are so much that I have yet to achieve but why am I feeling so down?

September month is my self-recovery month

Honestly, I never meant to not update this blog for a month and a half ago but work did catch up on me and I wasn't able to find the right time to post anything last month which should have been an exciting month for blogging. Technically, I did plan something big to blog about last month but considering that I just didn't have any time or if I can be honest, I just didn't find the time to blog about anything. Last month was the anticipation for Malaysia's National Day so the plan was to blog about anything related to my birth country. This month is a dedication to self-recovery but just as September about to draw in, I realised that I couldn't quite blog anything about self-recovery unless I have actually started the journey, right? So earlier this month, I started my journey on my own personal self-recovery and this post is where I share the real problems with myself and what I want to do to recover from the problems and perhaps live better in the future.

Positive July : A Short Story on Teatox

Now, when it comes to teatox, there is something that many have mistaken it for. While we see many celebrities like Kylie Jenner, Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj and even Cardi B and many others, what most of them would post is just a picture of themselves holding or drinking the detox tea. What most don't understand is that that tea alone did not contribute to their banging bodies. You see, to get really fit and have healthy physiques like your fave celebs, it doesn't take tea alone. There is more than just drinking something to get abs or that hourglass-shaped figures. I am here speaking out the truth because this is entirely based on my own personal experience.

July Inspiration : Positive Makeovers

In light of celebrating this month with positivity, It was important for me to think deeply of what I can do to wake every morning from July onward, and just get by my days feeling more welcome and receptive of what will happen. I am a big believer of Allah is the best planner, and that sometimes will make me not wanting to plan anything for the day. However, that attitude only brought more boring days ahead so in others words, I realised that if i were to ever want to celebrate and preach about positive July, I have to start with myself and that first step to give myself and the environment around me a good make over.

This Week's Favourites : From Skincare to Celebrity's Caesar Salad

The way to combat writer's block to always continue writing - Ed Sheeran

As a blogger in the past, I have many times suffered from every writer's problems and that is a writer's block. When I started this blog, I have promised myself to try my best to battle my struggle with writer's block should I be facing it and after listening to Ed Sheeran, I thought I give his advice a try and that is to continue writing. Honestly, I have got nothing to write about today but because I don't want to face with a writer's block at anytime in the future, I came up with this post where I get to share with everyone about the blog posts and videos that I recently read and watched that intrigued me.

5214 Opening for July

A new month has begun and it's the month of July. In honest truth one of the many reasons why I started this blog again is to really share my current experiences be it good or bad. Considering that this month started off real bad at work, all the more reasons for me to start blogging again. Which brought me to the why I decided to blog today. I am starting this month positive because I need to rid of all the negative at work.
